What this site collects

If you join the waitlist we store the email address you enter, the time you entered it, the page you entered it from, and your browser's user-agent string. That is the whole record.

What we do with it

We use the address to send one email when early access opens and, if you reply, to answer you. We do not sell, rent or share the list. We do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the font files.

Where it is stored

The waitlist is stored in Cloudflare's key-value storage in the United States. Cloudflare's own privacy terms apply to their infrastructure.

Removing your address

Email [email protected] and we will delete your record within a few days and confirm.

The SoloMatter application

The practice-management application itself will have a separate privacy policy and data processing terms covering client data, Google Workspace and Square access. Those will be published here before the application is offered for sale.
