Scope

These terms cover your use of this website and the waitlist. They do not cover the SoloMatter application, which is not yet generally available. A subscription agreement will govern the application when it launches.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, reserve a price, or obligate either of us to anything. You may ask to be removed at any time.

No legal advice

SoloMatter is software for lawyers. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and the software does not replace a lawyer's professional judgment or their obligations under their state's rules of professional conduct.

Accuracy

Feature descriptions reflect what is built or planned at the time of writing. Items marked as coming or not yet available may change or be dropped before launch.

Intellectual property

SoloMatter, the SoloMatter mark, and "Solo is now a team" are trademarks of Develotype LLC. Site content may be quoted with attribution.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
